Led by TLC-trained trial lawyers Rafe Foreman, a plaintiff lawyer in Lubbock TX, and Kim Benjamin, a criminal defense lawyer in Kansas City MO, this Trial Skills Foundation seminar promises an intensive and immersive experience like no other.  At TLC, we have learned that the greater an attorney’s understanding of the self, the deeper the attorney can understand clients, opposing clients, opposing counsel, judges and, ultimately, the jurors.  Surrounded by a tranquil campus at the Post Oak Lodge, this 5-day seminar will give students the opportunity to learn about themselves in ways that will help them become more effective trial lawyers as they fight for and seek justice.
