Ginger Ortiz has been a practicing criminal defense attorney in San Luis Obispo County for more than two decades.
Trained as a trial lawyer and having worked as a public defender, Ms. Ortiz leverages her trial advocacy skills on a wide range of cases including:

• DUI
• drug cases
• theft allegations
• crimes of violence
• sex offenses
• juvenile matters
• all other crimes charged in San Luis Obispo County

In addition to private cases, Ginger works as a Conflict Public Defender, choosing to continue to represent those in San Luis Obispo County who cannot afford fair representation reinforcing her record of fighting for each and every client.

As a formally trained trial lawyer and graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College (TLC), Ms. Ortiz leverages her trial advocacy skills exclusively on adult and juvenile criminal defense cases, and has been fighting for criminal defendants in San Luis Obispo County for over twenty-five years.

The mission of the National Psychodrama Training Center is to teach and train others in the methods, theories and philosophy of JL Moreno, M.D., the originator of Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Psychotherapy. Although the Morenean methods have a long history in the field of mental health, the National Psychodrama Training Center recognizes that these methods have broad non-clinical applications as well and maintains an open-admissions policy, welcoming to its workshops members of all occupations and professions. In addition to mental health professionals, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and counselors of all kinds, the Center can count lawyers, teachers, ministers, librarians, engineers, judges, plumbers and a university president among its students and trainees.
