Adam Malone

Adam Malone is based in Atlanta and dedicates his practice to helping families throughout Georgia in cases involving medical malpractice, brain injury, spinal cord injury, burns, amputation, and wrongful death.
Throughout his 25-year career, Adam has recovered over $500 million in compensatory damages. He tries cases all over Georgia and has obtained numerous seven and eight figure verdicts including a record $24.5 million verdict for leg amputation in a rural south Georgia venue, a $16.5 million verdict for misdiagnosis resulting in a liver transplant in Atlanta, and a $12 million verdict for a hypoxic brain injury in west middle Georgia.
Adam has been honored by the Melvin M. Belli Society with its prestigious Mel Award, by the Southern Trial Lawyers Association with the Professor W. McKinley Smiley, Jr. Lighthouse Award, and has been named Lawyer of the Year in Medical Negligence by Best Lawyers. Adam is also recognized annually as one of the Top 10 Lawyers in Georgia and has been named the number 1 Super Lawyer four times in the last five years.
Adam is a Past President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Past Chair of the AAJ Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group, a Past President of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, Past President of the Belli Society, past member of the Board of Governors for AAJ, and past Chair of the AAJ Professional Negligence Section. Adam is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers, both invitation only organizations limited to the 500 top trial lawyers in the world. He also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Shepherd Center Foundation, the nation’s leading rehabilitation hospital for brain and spinal cord injury.
