The TLC Board of Directors hand-picks its faculty members based on a mercurial process of demonstrated grasp of the TLC methods; experience applying the methods in the courtroom; an ability to teach; attendance at TLC programs; participation and support of the College and its Alumni Group; and a gut instinct honed over the years of one’s potential to be an effective teacher of the TLC methods. There is no application process to join TLC’s faculty.
