F Warriors President
Amanda Harber
Criminal Defense Attorney, 49th State Law
TLC Alumna | F Warrior President | TLC Faculty
For over a decade, Amanda Harber has stood on the front lines of criminal defense in Alaska — from Anchorage to Nome, Kodiak to Bethel. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Rutgers School of Law, Amanda spent nine years as a public defender before founding her own firm, 49th State Law.
She has argued before the Alaska Court of Appeals, the Alaska Supreme Court, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska. But her practice is driven by more than precedent — it’s fueled by a deep belief in the power of story, connection, and truth.
Amanda serves on the board of the Alaska Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, is president of the F Warriors, and teaches as a proud member of the Trial Lawyers College faculty.
