These terms of service are entered into by and between you and Trial Lawyers College (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, “Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of this website (the “Website”) and any content, functionality, software, and services offered by Us (the “Services”). 

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Website or our Services. By using the Website or our Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy found here and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website or our Services.

We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Website and/or the Services following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. 


1.     Accessing the Website, the Services, and Account Security  

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or part of the Website or the Services is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of the Website or the Services to users, including registered users. 

Being a student or graduate of Trial Lawyers College does not ensure you access to the Website or access as a registered user. We, in our sole discretion, may restrict access to any user for any reason and a user's failure to participate in the Student Directory may result in our inability to identify you as a student or graduate, which may, in turn, result in your inability to register as a student/graduate. It is, of course, your decision to decide how much of your personally identifiable information you wish to share with the Website, but please know that if we are unable to confirm your student or graduate status, we are unable to allow you to have access to the Student Directory or create a user account. 

To access the Website, Services, or some of the resources they offer, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Website and Services that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or use of any interactive features on the Website or the Services, is governed by our Privacy Policy and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy. 

If you choose, or are provided with a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or the Services using your username, password, or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. 

We have the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time, if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Service.

All contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, trademarks, logos, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) included in the Website or the Services are owned by Us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy distribute, reproduce, mirror, frame, publicly display, publicly perform, translate, create derivative works, republish, or transit the Website or the Services, in whole or in part, or in any way without our prior written consent or your graduation from the college. Being a graduate of the college allows for you to distribute information shared by US, not information posted by other Content Users of the Website.

If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Website or the Services in breach of the Terms of Service, your right to use the Website and the Services will stop immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. Any use of the Website or the Services not expressly permitted by these Terms of Service is a breach of these Terms of Service and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.


3.     Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect its users to do the same. If you believe that material on this Website constitutes an infringement of your copyright, please provide our Designated Agent with a written communication including the following information:

4.     Prohibited Uses

You may use the Website and the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Website or the Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
  • To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the Content Standards set out below.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation. This expressly includes using the Website to capture email addresses of students and graduates to solicit other programs or your own products. Anyone found using this Website for the purposes of taking contact information to solicit or send spam is deemed to be in breach of this agreement and, your use of this website is your acceptance that using this contact information in such a way if a breach of this agreement, wherein the parties agree to damages in the amount of 25 million dollars, or actual damages, whichever is greater. 
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Trial Lawyers College, one of our employees, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website or the Services, or which, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may harm us or other users.
  • In any way that violated any of the Trial Lawyers College Policies, which are regularly updated and posted (HERE-HYPERLINK). By participating in this website, you agree to follow all of Trial Lawyers College’s policies, including but not limited to the Policy on Hate Speech.

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Use the Website or Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website or the Services.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website or the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material.
  • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website or the Services.

  • Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Use the Website or the Services to collect, use, disclose, protect, or otherwise handle “protected health information” (as defined in 45 C.F.R. §160.103 under U.S. federal regulations).
  • To use the Website or the Services for your collection of sensitive personal information (e.g. social security numbers, driver’s license, information that requires encryption).
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website or the Services.

5. Content Standards

The Website and the Services contain interactive features that allow you to post, upload, send, or integrate user-generated content (e.g. images, audio, video, logos), messages (e.g. emails or texts), or any other communications (collectively “User Contributions”). You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and assume any risk for any User Contributions, including the legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness of such content. Because you are in control of your User Contributions, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for honoring any recipient’s response to your User Contributions, including without limitation, requests to not contact or unsubscribe from your User Contributions.

You shall be solely liable for any harm resulting from any of the above. We are not responsible nor assume any liability for any User Contributions. 10.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website, the Services, and these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wyoming, shall constitute an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

At your or our discretion, any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or use of the Website or the Services, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to be resolved by neutral, binding arbitration and not by a court action. No waiver by Trial Lawyers College of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Us to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. 


13.     Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any operating rules for the Services established by us constitute the entire agreement between you and Us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter.
