An Atlanta-based workers’ compensation and personal injury lawyer, Mike is a firm believer in the power of the TLC methods to positively change both the personal lives and practices of those who learn them, just as they did for him.

Mike Smith is an Atlanta-area lawyer practicing primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Mike received his B.A. from Emory University in the Philosophy of Religion and continued on to New York University and Harvard University with Master’s in Social Thought and Theological Studies, respectively.
Mike then pursued a doctorate degree in Philosophy at the University of Chicago with a focus on Kant and German Idealism. Currently, Mike has ABD (“All But Dissertation”) status and plans on completing his dissertation on G.W.F. Hegel in the near future. Mike completed his J.D. at Stanford University and was a member of the Black Law Student Association as well as the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. Mike enjoys representing injured individuals and workers and has a passion for helping everyday people stay on their feet.
